During this phase, the Clearway Team will work with you to complete business analysis, determine
functional and technical requirements, and deliver a Solution Definition. The
Solution Definition reflects your requirements and defines the scope of the
project. It also includes the detailed project plan and schedule. Depending on
the project complexity, this phase might also include a solution prototype.
During this phase, the application is installed in a development
environment and configured. Custom programming and application interfaces are
also completed, if necessary.
3. Testing and Roll Out
Unit and system testing are completed by Clearway. Preliminary data conversion
is completed, after which user acceptance testing occurs. Testing is followed
by final data conversion and roll out.
During the Knowledge Transfer phase Clearway delivers technical and end-user
training, tailored to your unique requirements. Knowledge Transfer
ensures that your company is self-sufficient when the project is complete.
